Purchases
You must provide complete and accurate details at the time of making your purchase. You may be required to provide additional details upon our request to ensure the accuracy of your order.
You must enter the correct delivery address and delivery instructions at the time of placing your order. If you enter an incorrect address, Fleetwash is not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our own expense
Exchanges & Returns from our online store
At Fleetwash we realise the option to return products is very important. Our return policy enables you to return your purchase for exchange within 7 days of receiving it.
All products must be returned unused, and all original packaging and instruction manuals must be returned or an exchange will not issued.
The safe return and shipping cost of the product is the responsibility of the customer. We suggest that tracking and insurance be used.
Orders
Any purchaser of goods or services from this website are charged when they complete an order with Fleetwash All Service fees will also be payable at this time. In some cases Fleetwash may not accept orders if:
- authorisation for your payment is not available; or
- we identify a significant pricing or product description error.
We will attempt to contact the purchaser to resolve any issues as soon as they are bought to our attention.
