Deluge Drive-Over Relocatable

This heavy duty unit is designed for sites where a full wash system is required but an in-situ wash system is not possible due to space constraints. This system is manufactured in Dubbo, NSW, transported to the site and assembled in position with a minimum of civil works requirements.

The wash unit is a Deluge Heavy Duty with a 45kW motor/pump.

The Main Features

• Fully automatic wash operation
• Above ground galvanised steel construction
• Designed for 60 tonne loads
• Optional low pressure wetting system prior to main wash area
• 2000 l/pm applied at 8 bar to all chassis and wheel areas
• Water recycle equipment can be added to basic wash system
• Pump and control equipment housed in a Fleetwash designed steel framed shed
• 20kl header tank included
• Optional Diesel motor to provide power for the pump if Electric power not available
• Simple dismantling and relocating procedure
• Can wash up to 1000 vehicles per 24 hour period
• Minimum moving parts ensure light maintenance requirement
• Flexible hose length coupling the pump and wash system to prevent pipe fractures.

MILITARY APPLICATIONS

The Deluge Relocatable Tank Wash
This unit is a development of our standard Drive Over Relocatable Wash System, adapted for military use. It is an above ground steel fabricated drive over wash base designed to accommodate steel tracked and rubber tyred vehicles.

• 6 oscillating water cannons with programmable wash functions
• 1 x spare stand by motor pump to simplify service and break down problems
