The complete package of items to enable the purchaser to install and commission an efficient wheel and underbody wash system with waste - water treatment and recycle equipment
Included in the flat pack is a comprehensive and easy to follow construction manual that will include an engineers certified design for the concrete wash slab or alternatively the pre fabricated steel drive over wash base.
The waste water treatment and recycle equipment is included and only requires your construction team to excavate and connect the easy to install pipe system.
The motor pump and electrical control panel are mounted on a galvanised steel skid type base complete with electrical connections to the wash pump and valves with provision to connect to the water level control and automatic vehicle detectors to complete the circuit.
The high pressure delivery pipe - work are joined by victaulic couplings and stainless steel pipe joiners.
The installation package will contain all bolts, nuts and washers, pipe clamps, fasteners and fittings and every small item required to complete the installation and commissioning of the system
The Fleetwash offer does also include unlimited offsite supervision by email, phone and fax during the construction stage
