This wash is ideal for high-use, temporary sites such as short-term quarries, soil remediation sites, garbage dumps, and construction zones. The wash can be completely dismantled and moved to a new site in under three days.

The design features of the Heavy Duty Deluge wheel and underbody wash enables an 80 ton loaded road train and followed by a light vehicle to use the wash without an alteration to the wash control.

The wash is designed to accommodate standard width road registered vehicles. Custom widths are available on application.

The 4.88 metre length of the wash bay will allow one full turn of the heavy vehicle wheels while 2400l/m is concentrated on the slow moving vehicle through 74 wash jets mounted on three wash booms.

The design of the relocatable wash base will enable the wash system to be installed on a compacted hard surface area without an additional concrete base.

The wash is finished in hot-dip galvaizing as a standard, but we can treat the surface to your specification.
