The design features of the Heavy Duty Deluge wheel and underbody wash enables an 80 ton loaded road train and followed by a light vehicle to use the wash without an alteration to the wash control. The wash is designed to accommodate standard width road registered vehicles. Custom widths are available on application. The seven metre length of the wash booms will ensure the 1100mm diameter of the truck wheel will complete two revolutions in the wash area to ensure all fresh mud and soil is removed from the wheels and underbody. The hydraulic design of the drive through concrete wash base has a surface slope that when combined with the 2400 l/m used on the moving vehicle will provide a self cleaning feature to the wash base at every wash sequence.
